 Blah d Blah Music Ltd delivery terms
Delivery is free to all UK mainland addresses.
We endeavour to dispatch goods within 1-5 working days (Mon-Fri), however if an item is temporarily out of stock and dispatch is anticipated to be greater than 5 – 10 days then we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date. If you wish, we will, at this stage, refund any monies that you have paid to us.
“Blah d Blah Music Limited” will always attempt to achieve any agreed delivery date, but no liability will be accepted for any delay in delivery and no guarantee is given that goods will be supplied on a given date.
Upon receipt
Upon receipt of your order you must sign for the goods received. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
Once signed for, the goods become your responsibility and “Blah d Blah Music Limited” will not accept any liability for their loss or damage. |
Upon receipt Continued
You have 24 hours after signing for any product to check it is not damaged or faulty. If the product is found to be damaged or faulty within this time you must contact us immediately. Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter. In this case the cost of return is covered by ourselves and a new product will be dispatched as soon as possible at no extra cost to yourself.
Returns Policy
Under our 7 day money back guarantee, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us to obtain a returns number. You should then return the product to us at your own risk and cost. In all cases we follow normal industry practice in charging a 20% restocking charge for all authorised returns.
It is a strict condition of any refund that the product must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging, complete (including manuals) and in "as new" condition. No refund or credit will be issued unless the product conforms to this condition. If a refund is authorised, it will be made via the same payment method used to pay us. |
