The purchase of products or services from this website is governed by the following terms & conditions.
Pricing and VAT
All prices are exactly as shown on the website, there are no hidden extras. All prices are in pounds (£) sterling and are inclusive of carriage. VAT is not charged on any product.
Agreement
“Blah d Blah Music Limited” cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full. You may pay by Pay Pal or by sending a cheque to us. Please note that cheques must be cleared before any order can be dispatched.
Upon payment, “Blah d Blah Music Limited” will confirm acceptance of your order by email, or by telephone.
Whether or not you receive confirmation of order, “Blah d Blah Music Limited’s” acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us.
Products are subject to availability and prices are correct at the time of order.
Returns Policy
Under our 7 day money back guarantee, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us to obtain a returns number. You should then return the product to us at your own risk and cost. In all cases we follow normal industry practice in charging a 20% restocking charge for all authorised returns.
It is a strict condition of any refund that the product must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging, complete (including manuals) and in "as new" condition. No refund or credit will be issued unless the product conforms to this condition. If a refund is authorised, it will be made via the same payment method used to pay us. |
